Rope Wall Class (In-Person): Rope Wall classes are inspired by the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga. This practice utilizes props on and off the wall to build strength, improve posture and increase flexibility. The wall ropes help to open areas of the body that may be difficult to access without the use of ropes. This practice offers support for the body to increase awareness of balance and alignment while in the poses.

  • Sunday: 2-3:15 pm

  • Monday: 3:30-4:45 pm

  • Tuesday: 6:30-7:45 pm

  • Thursday: 6-7:15 pm

Dynamics All Levels Yoga Mat Class (In-Person):
Start your weekend with a full yoga practice! Class begins with standing poses to open and align the body followed by seated asanas to provide balance. Restorative poses are also included to help calm the mind and bring focus inward. This class is all you need to feel both energized and calm!

  • Saturday: 9-10:15 am (Starts May 14, 2022)

Zumba Gold (In-Person/Online): From the calories you burn, to the hormones you release, Zumba Gold® classes transform you, mind, body, and soul. This class includes low impact choreography to Latin, African, Caribbean and Jazz rhythms which strengthens all areas of the body and improves balance.  Come and celebrate that happy little dance your brain does once your body starts moving, too! Class ends with stretches and abdominal exercises to provide overall balance and strengthen your core.

  • Thursday: 8-8:50 pm (Online only)

  • Saturday: 11 am-noon (In-Person)(Starts May 14, 2022)

Ana Frenes - Owner of TOLY

Ana Frenes is the current owner of Tree of Life Yoga since 2019.  She is a recent graduate of the Iyengar Yoga Sadhana Studies program at Adeline Yoga. Ana became a certified yoga teacher in 2011 and has studied with Jessica Shi, The Yoga Room in Berkeley, and currently with her mentor Heather Haxo Phillips at Adeline Yoga.  She is the former owner/instructor of the Stockton Yoga Center and taught yoga at Cal Berkeley Lair of the Bear family camps, San Joaquin College and is presently a guest instructor at Adeline Yoga. 


As a modern dancer/choreographer for over 30 years she loves the attention to  body alignment and the many possibilities in approaching movement while in the poses that Iyengar Yoga provides.  She holds a single subject credential in Physical Education/Dance and an MA in Arts Education.  Her teaching is compassionate, mindful and attentive. She appreciates students of all ages and life experiences. 


Ana is a certified Childlight Yoga4Classrooms instructor and has taught yoga to hundreds of students at Stockton Unified School District where she was a dance teacher for 25 years.  She is a certified Zumba and Zumba Gold instructor and enjoys latin dancing.  She finds joy in spending time with her grandson while gardening, tap dancing and riding scooters.
