Rope  Wall  Yoga 

Rope Wall classes are inspired by the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga. This practice utilizes props on and off the wall to build strength, improve posture and increase flexibility. The wall ropes help to open areas of the body that may be difficult to access without the use of ropes. This practice offers support for the body to increase awareness of balance and alignment while in the poses.

Tuesday: 6:30-7:45 pm

Thursday: 6-7:15 pm

Individual Session
